Cafe #12: Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ring ring! The Cafe has another recipe added to its menu! Readers, hello! Junne here with another new post! I know it's been a while since I posted a recipe on here but I decided to post another one because like the Tortellini Recipe, this one is to die for. Serious but not serious, that's how good it tastes. I heard of this Recipe several times but I decided to put my own spin on it. I made this several times and decided that it needed to be posted on the Diary. Bacon.....who doesn't love Bacon? Well, some people restrict themselves from it but some people enjoy it...especially on this Chicken I made. Therefore in this new Recipe, we're going to make Bacon Wrapped Chicken. Let's get started, shall we?

Serving Size: About 3-4 people. I decided to cut up the chicken into two. By doing that, it was enough for 5-6 people.

Ingredients/Cooking Tools:

4 Boneless Chicken Breasts (3-5 lbs) (I used the Perdue brand)

1 Lemon

2 Roma Tomatoes

8 Strips of Bacon (I used Oscar Meyer)

1 Strip of Green Onion

1 1/2 Cup of  Shredded Cheese (I used Mexican)

Meat Tenderizer

Garlic Salt

Thyme Leaves

Black Pepper

Parsley

Salt

Optional: Lime Juice

1 13 x 9 Baking Pan

1 Tongs

1 Knife

Broiler

Microwave

Tin Foil

Before you begin, I HIGHLY recommend that you wash the Chicken Breasts in water before you follow the directions to wash off any germs that might be on the chicken.

Directions:

1) After washing the Chicken Breasts, massage the chicken and put 4 Sprinkles of Meat Tenderizer on them front and back. As you put the rest of the spices on, continue to massage the Chicken.

2) Sprinkle 5 Sprinkles of Garlic Salt on the Chicken Breasts.

3) Sprinkle 5-6 Sprinkles of Thyme Leaves on the Chicken Breasts.

4) Sprinkle 4 Sprinkles of Black Pepper on the Chicken Breasts.

5) Sprinkle 5 Sprinkles of Parsley on the Chicken Breasts.

6) Take the Strips of Bacon and wrap 2 pieces around each piece of Chicken Breast.

7) Wrap the Tin Foil around the Baking Pan and Sprinkle 5 Sprinkles of Black Pepper, 3-4 Drops of Lime Juice, and 2 Sprinkles of Salt on the Pan.

8) Place the Chicken on the Pan and into the Broiler for 15-20 minutes.

9) After taking the Chicken out, place it in a serving dish and dice up 2 Roma Tomatoes and place HALF of it on top of the Chicken.

10) Dice 1 Strip of the Green Onion and place HALF of it on top of the Chicken.

11) Put the other HALF of the diced Tomatoes on top of the Chicken and put 1 1/2 cup of Shredded Cheese on top of the Chicken.

12) Place the other HALF of the diced Green Onions on top of the Chicken.

13) Place the Chicken into the Microwave for 1:20 minutes. Then put it back in for 1 more minute.

14) Bon appetite!

UPDATE 1/10/2020: NEW YEAR, NEW DECADE, AND MORE!!

Readers hello, Junne here with another new post! I know you're probably wondering why I haven't been active since November but I've been kind of lazy, busy with college, and vice versa. But here's a bit of a brief update.

First off, I DID hear from Calina in October since she tried to add me on Instagram (AGAIN) and I had to block her (AGAIN). Then she tried to add me on Facebook and I had to block her on there. Hopefully, she has come to realize that I do not want to be bothered with her anymore after what she did but who knows.

Anyways, I know I'm a little late but Happy New Year and Decade and I hope you all are having a good day/evening! This is all I have to say for now. Have a blessed day!
