TV Review: Carole & Tuesday (NO SPOILERS)

Hello readers, Junne here with a new post! Long time no see huh? Yep, I know sometimes (well most of the time) I get inactive on this blog but that's only because I really do not have anything to post or because I get a bit lazy to post some stuff. However, I finished watching this Anime on Netflix last night and it affected me so much I decided that I had to write a review about it. I know it's been like 2 years since the last time I reviewed a show (for those of you do not know, the last show I reviewed was ICarly) and it's been 3 years since I did a movie review. Why? Because I really didn't feel like reviewing any more movies. A month ago I was thinking of reviewing Beyonce's movie "Black is King" but then I changed my mind. I also thought of reviewing "The Lion King" that came out last year....but changed my mind....again. Before I start, I just wanted to inform you all that this review isn't gonna contain any spoilers because I don't want to ruin anything for you all. But trust me, you definitely need to watch this Anime. Anyways, let's get started with the Carole & Tuesday review.

Carole & Tuesday is a show about two girls who meet each other unexpectedly and soon they become singing partners. As they become singing partners, they soon learn different things from each other, the people they encounter, music, and so much more. They basically find the ying-yang in each other and the world around them and incorporate it in their music. Before I watched Carole & Tuesday, I kept putting it off to when I was going to watch it since I had it on my list on Netflix for a while and decided to watch other shows/movies on there or somewhere else. But I recently bought a Fire TV from Amazon back in April and decided to utilize Netflix more and this was one of the things part of the utilization. The animation is beautiful like a sun shining down on a fresh field of roses, the characters including Carole & Tuesday themselves make you feel like you're so connected to them, that it's like you're part of the story; whether you're the audience watching them perform or you're one of the supporting characters helping them rose to fame. The music? Oh boy, the music on the show is soooo...sooo....soooo...bouncy and admirable, that they should make a soundtrack for the show. Heck, if they did I would probably download some of it or listen to it on Spotify.

There's another Anime I watch on Netflix called Aggretsuko (I recommend you watch that too) and that was pretty much the only Anime I was watching at this point. I did try to get into this other Anime last year, I forgot what it was called but it's also on Netflix and I think it's about some spies and this dude is the lead character; I really do not know, I have to check the list again. But before that, I haven't really watched a bunch of Anime in like 3-4 years. Carole & Tuesday is probably the best or one of the best and beautiful works of art and Anime I've ever seen. Heck, maybe of all time. The show is soo beautiful, it made me cry finishing it last night. I don't know if they are going to give the show another season, but if not, that is okay too because this show has like one of the best ways to end a show/season in Anime and in general actually. Netflix renewed Aggretsuko for a third season and it's coming out this Friday I believe so who knows? Anyways, watch Carole & Tuesday and I hope you all have a blessed day! Take care!
